Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
This has been created to protect the usage of United Chambers of Commerce website and the United Chambers of Commerce Services (referred to hereafter as "the United Chambers of Commerce Service", “UCC Service” or "the Service”). The term "United Chambers of Commerce/UCC/We/Us/Our/Ours" refer to United Chambers of Commerce.
The UCC Service is open for membership to all individuals who are 18 years old and over. Your registration to United Chambers of Commerce constitutes your acceptance of this agreement (referred to hereafter as “Terms and Conditions”) and full compliance with terms, conditions, disclaimers, policies, and notices contained in this terms and conditions and elsewhere on United Chambers of Commerce Service. You (referred to hereafter as “Member”, “You”, or “User”) comply and agree to be held by these terms and conditions upon using the United Chambers of Commerce Service.
Membership
You are responsible for all the transactions and activities undertaken on your UCC membership including any content or material that you enter on UCC site. You are responsible to keep the secrecy of your login credentials (username and password) and you agree to report immediately to UCC if in an event there is an unauthorized use of your account. You agree that you will be held liable against any claims, chargeback, penalties, fines or fees incurred by United Chambers of Commerce, a Member, or third party due to your breach of this Agreement, and/or use of the services on this site.
United Chambers of Commerce reserves the right to terminate your UCC membership if you violate the following conditions of membership:
- The member must not send unsolicited email ('SPAM') to strangers to promote United Chambers of Commerce; or must not send SPAM to other UCC members to promote their business or website.
- Each registered email address can only belong to one member;
- The Member must not register or join and use the UCC service on behalf of another party without the party’s explicit consent.
- Any other reason that UCC may consider inappropriate in using the service.
Payments and Refunds
All sale transactions are final. In case a UCC Accreditation Seal Application is declined the applicant will receive an email indicating the reasons behind UCC decision. The applicant will be given the chance to amend their services or site to meet UCC Accreditation Standard and to reapply for UCC Accreditation. The second review of their application is not subject for additional payments however, after the two reviews and still their application is declined there will be additional charges. The accreditation fee is refundable if the application has not been approved.
For account verification and security purposes, United Chambers of Commerce reserves the right to request proof of identification documents from an applicant. In case the applicant failed to provide identification the application will be automatically denied and UCC may cancel the member’s account.
The accreditation seal is only valid for one year. Accredited members may need to pay for the renewal of the seal. However, UCC reserves the right to decline the renewal if the member no longer meets the UCC Accreditation Standard or any other reason deemed inappropriate in the opinion of UCC.
While United Chambers of Commerce strives to be error free, if certain fee is credited to a member due to human or computer error, UCC reserves the right to adjust or reverse such a transaction without notice.
Proper use of this website
While using or accessing this website you agree not to use this site for any unlawful or prohibited by this terms and conditions. You understand that United Chambers of Commerce will not be held liable against any damage or loss of your data that may occur while using this website.
Outage Policy
On certain circumstances, United Chambers of Commerce website may experience outages, in which members or visitors may not be able to view and access the website, or may affect the UCC Seal image displayed on accredited business domains.
United Chambers of Commerce reserves the right but is under no obligation, to provide discretionary compensation for members as a result of system outages.

United Chambers of Commerce may link to other organizations or websites that we think will provide contextual information or relevance to our products and services and may be useful to all users of this site. You understand that we included such links for your convenience and not to endorse their products or services.
